Senior (13 & Over)

The Senior program is designed for athletes looking for general fitness and/or increased performance, and focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and refining stroke skills. The emphasis of the program is on setting and achievement of athletes individual swimming goals.

Ages: 13 & Over
Objectives:
  • Improve swimming technique, skills, and level of fitness
  • Be responsible for all aspects of their swimming
  • Have Fun
Prerequisites:
  • Evaluation by the coaching team
Attendance: Attend 3+ practices/week and all scheduled swim meets/team events

Saturday 7:30-9:50 AM MacEwan (MAC)
