The Senior program is designed for athletes looking for general fitness and/or increased performance, and focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and refining stroke skills. The emphasis of the program is on setting and achievement of athletes individual swimming goals. |

- Evaluation by the coaching team

Attendance: |
Attend 3+ practices/week and all scheduled swim meets/team events |
