Novice (9-12)

The Novice program is for swimmers 9-12 years old who have progressed through our Rockhopper program or are new to the sport of competitive swimming. The program places heavy emphasis on technique, beginning competition, being a part of the team, personal challenge and achievement, an increased level of fitness, and having fun!
