The Masters program (Penguin Masters Swimming) focuses on fitness, structured practices, team social activities, and fun. Within the program abilities range from fitness athletes to former national qualifiers. Athletes are strongly encouraged to participate in masters swim meets and regular social outings which are offered throughout the season. |

- Ability to swim 300m continuous, 100m Freestyle, 100m Backstroke
- Ability to swim 25m Breaststroke, and 25m Butterfly
